When it comes to comparing two cells and outputting data such a thing as one sinlge space can return the value as incorrect. This is because there with be spacing after or before the name. The function known in Microsoft Excel as TRIM will correct this (=TRIM()) however TRIMING a reference column is a different story you have to TRIM() the reference then hold CTRL + SHIFT + ENTER that with { } return the value of TRIMed reference saving a lot of time.
